Most packets of fake lashes come with specific instructions. However, the first step is always to review the length of the lashes by putting them close to the natural ones and trimming with scissors. The face and eyes need to be covered smoothly with foundation and concealer with the person, preferably, standing before a magnifier mirror. Small amounts of glue are dotted in the position of the fake lashes, which may take a few seconds to dry. The fake eyelashes, maneuvered onto the natural lash line, can be further adjusted with fingertips, tweezers or a toothpick.
